Very friendly staff with great customer service skills. Bingo is gambling so you can't expect to win all the time. It only takes one card to win, so don't be discouraged by big spenders, you may have the winner. I go there to relax , hope I win, eat a quesadilla, and visit with people around me. Enjoy!
